Xioami brings first Intel tablet and 3rd Redmi Note device with fingerprint scanner
Xioami unveiled a new tablet which is it first Intel based tablet powered by Intel Atom X5-Z8500 64 Bit processor coupled with 2 GB Ram and houses a full metal body. The new Mi Pad 2 carry's the the screen size of 7.9 inches with a sharp 2K panel which has a resolution of 2048*1536. The device will be available in two color options Champange Gold and Dark Grey.The camera modules are the same 8mp camera at the rear and 5 mp at the front, it gets the power from a 6190mAh battery which expected to last around 13 hours according to the company and runs on xioami's customised version of Android lollipop MIUI 7, xioami also imcluded a USB type C port amd MI pad becomes the first device from the company to get it. The tablet is priced at a cheaper price point and 16 gb version cost RMB 999 (anound Rs.10000) , RMB 1299 (Rs.13500) for 64 gb variant which will also with windows 10.
The chinese maufacturer also showcased their third version of Note series Redmi Note 3 which will break price barriers as it consist a fingerprint sensor which perfoms faster and unlocks the device in 0.3 seconds, the device looks more then premium for its price and gets full metal unibody design. The device has a 5.5 inch Full HD display with sunlight display technology which adjust contrast of the pixels to give better and improved display quality and a flagship grade processor from Mediatek Heilo X-10 along with 2GB and3 GB Ram options. Note 3 gets a huge 4000 mAh battery and still measures 8.65mm thick and weigh aroung 164gm. the device occupies a 13 mp rear shooter PDAF (Phase Detection Auto-Foucs) which let it focus faster and a 5 mp camera at the front. RMB 600 (Rs.9500) for 15GB 2 GB Ram model and RMB 750 (Rs.11500) for 32GB 3GB Ram model.
