Maruti suzuki 'S Cross' launched in India
Maruti suzuki's much awaited S-Cross is finally revealed in India with a starting price of 8.34 lakhs and is only available in diesel engine variant. The S-Cross will be available exclusively through NEXA dealership which is also launched by maruti across in prime locations of the country.
With the launch of S cross maruti Suzuki is hoping that to do better than their last attempts like Kizashi and Grand Vitara which failed to make their impression in the Indian market. The new S cross is priced at 8.34 lakhs and 10.74 lakhs for its DDiS 200 1.3 ltrs model and 11.99 lakhs to 13.74 lakhs for DDiS 320 1.6 ltrs engine variant. The company is trying to make their presence in SUV segment and compete with the likes of Renault duster and newly launched Hyundai Creta which are available under 13 lakhs in the market with the same engine category.

S-cross is available in 5 different models which have different set of features.
Sigma, Sigma(Q), Delta, Delta and Alpha are the available different labels. Except the sigma line others labels under Scross comes with twin set of airbags as standard and ABS but Sigma line misses out both the above given features. Other than that all models comes with various premium features including cruise control, rain sensing auto wipers and self adjusting hydrolics clutch.
