Redmi Note 2 is Official and its not coming
Last week Chinese phone maker xioami unveiled two new smart phones Redmi Note2 and Redmi 2 Prime in a event held in Beijing, China. Both smart phones were successor of their earlier launched models Redmi2 and Redmi note and within 12hours of its first flash sale xioami sold 800,000 units of Redmi Note2. With this sale company has broken all of his previous sales records.
But this will not going to happen in india! Well atleast for now, because xioami is not going to release its Redmi Note successor in tomorrow's Event, which xioami is teasing for a while. The event will be held in Delhi in which xioami is expected to reveal their new MIUI version MIUI 7. The possible reason for not releasing both Redmi Note2 and Redmi2 prime is because of their mediatek SoC just like the Redmi note 3g which was stucked in a patent infringement war between Ericsson and xioami after which xioami got banned in India for selling any mediatek sOc based device.
Due to that same reason xioami has postponed the release of both Redmi's in india. Although Xioami has listed its Redmi2 prime on various E-commence sites with a coming soon tag while showing no sign of Redmi note2 anywhere, tahis point can be taken to consideration that Redmi 2 prime could come to India with a different SoC and we could see it in tomorrow's MIUI7 event.
