Its been a while since google changed their logo but Alphabet. Inc owned company has decided to revamp their logo to reflect the way that people interact with their products across many platforms, apps and devices. The latest logo design reveals when a hand erase the old one and wrote google in a new way after that all words turned into four colorful dots that bounces and converts in a multicolor single letter 'G' to match the logo and according to google the newly designed logo will now work better with any size of screen.

This not the first time that google has made some changes with their logo, last time they changed their logo in 2013 but the latest redesign is biggest change since 1997.
