If we talk about versatility, kishore Kumar is one man who discribes it just the right way.
Today is a birthday of legendary kishore Kumar who made world humm' his songs years after he left the world but he is still alive with his soulful melodies. The playback singer, actor, director, lyricist, producer, screenplay writer, script writer would have celebrated his 86th birthday if he was alive (died in 13 Oct 1987).

Kishore Kumar was one of the best playback singer in Hindi film industry and he proved it by winning 8 Filmfare awards which is a record. Apart from Hindi he also sang in many other languages including Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Kannada, gujrati, bhojpuri, Malayalam, odisa and Urdu. For his contribution in indian cinema Madhya Pradesh had named a award called "Kishore Kumar Awards".
