Motorola has announced their new smartphone in X series dubbed as Moto x play in a event held at Delhi. The newly launched Moto X play is priced decently which is a very competitive price tag when compared to last year Moto X which starts at Rs.31,999.

Although the price is slashed, Moto X play still comes with decent specifications like a FHD(1080×1920) 5.5 inch display which offers 403ppi, protected by Corning gorilla glass.
The smartphone is powered by 1.7ghz snapdragon 615 octacore processor along with Adreno 405 and 2GB Ram to boost multitasking.

Moto X play comes with a high resolution 21 mega pixel camera with f/2.0 aperture with CCT coupled with dual LED flash which is the highlight of the phone. It can record upto 1080p video at 30fps. The camera comes with several features which includes Phase detect auto-focus(PDAF), tap to anywhere capture, video stabilisation, drag to focus and exposure it can also capture slow motion videos. It also comes with a usual 5mp camera in the front.
The company has launched the dual nano-sim variant for India and comes in black and white color option. The phone has a 3630mAh battery to power things up which company claims will deliver 48 hours of mixed usage. It also supports quick charging which can give 8hours of usage time in 15 minutes but to boost battery usage life you can buy a turbo charger separately for Rs.1000. The phone is not the thinnest at 10.9mm and weigh at 165gm.

The phone will be available through flipkart from midnight later tonight via flash sale for Rs.18,499 16GB and Rs.19,999 for 32GB but you can get it for free under launch offers from 15 sep to 20 sep, in which 100 lucky winners will get 100% cash back via flipkart ping. Users will also get Rs.1000 e-gift voucher and Rs.500 movie voucher from bookmyshow. That's not it you will also get Rs.5000 travel voucher from makemytrip.
